American Heart Month
As Valentine's Day draws near, most people think of hearts and flowers. However, the red paper shapes are not the only important hearts to remember--February is American Heart Month. We all need to take the time to make sure we are all doing what we can to ensure that our heart is healthy. For information, a great place to start is at the American Heart Association website.
