  BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches





  Swiss Mashed Potato Casserole

  Ingredients
  12 large potatoes
1 pound butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup heavy cream
2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
   
  Instructions
  Cook the potatoes about 20 minutes in boiling salted water until fork tender. Let cool;peel potatoes. Mash just slightly to break up. Add butter, salt and pepper, combine and mix ingredients, gently stirring in all directions. Put into lightly buttered, shallow, 9x13-inch baking dish.



Pour heavy cream over potato and butter mixture. Let stand about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 375° oven or until cheese is melted.
