  BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches





  Sauteed Green Beans and Artichokes

  Ingredients
  1 lb of french green beans
3 french scallions
2 tbs of minced garlic
1 can of cut artichoke hearts
A few tbs of olive oil
A wok or large pan with tall sides
   
  Instructions
  1. wash, then snap off tops of green beans
2. chop scallions
3. Place oil, garlic, and scallions in wok. Saute until for a min or two or three.
4. Add green beans and artichoke
5. Stir frequently
6. reduce to low and cover for just a few mins
7. check frequently and stir
