  BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

  Ingredients
  2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
1 Can Tomato Juice
1 small can Tomato paste
2 Cups water
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
½ Tbsp Garlic Powder
½ Cup Parmesan Cheese
1lb Ditalini or Small Shells
2 Cans Great Northern Beans
   
  Instructions
  Drain and rinse beans, prepare pasta per package and drain.

Meanwhile pour Olive Oil into soup pot, add 2 cloves or garlic whole, heat until you can smell the garlic (infusing it in the oil), then remove cloves.

Add Tomato Juice, paste, water, beans, and seasonings to pot heat through add the pasta once cooked al dente and heat through once more.

You can let this sit on low for a couple hours or cook at medium heat to complete faster. If all liquid is absorbed just add a cup or two of water to pot.

Sprinkle more Parmesan on each serving.
